Eighth grader Cameron Additon is the
Aroma Joe’s athlete of the week. The Windham Middle School student plays
lacrosse, football and track. He loves to play sports.
Cameron’s sports heroes are JJ Watt and
Tom Brady, both are football players.
“Cameron has shown himself as a leader
over the past few years. He is an example of hard work paying off,” said his
indoor track coach Phil Jackson.
Cameron said it is difficult to balance
school and sports because “(sports) take up a lot of time.”
He has learned that it is “easier to
work as a team,” he said. He would like to one day become a personal
trainer.
Cameron is the son of Ryan Additon and
Angela Additon and has a sibling Ashton.
