Unstoppable Lady Eagles soccer - by Stephanie Coffin

The Lady Eagles hosted Cheverus last week and once again they sent the opponent home with a loss to add to their record.

This team of girls continues to grow with each game.  The drive, the skill, the passion and the enthusiasm they bring with them as they step onto the field is amazing to watch.  Cheverus tried to keep up, however, the Eagles wore them down and were able to continue to drive through their defense as they moved towards the net.  The Stags were able to score 13:00 minutes into the game, the only chance they would have.

Ciera Berthiaume scored three first-half goals last Wednesday night to lead the Lady Eagles to a 4-1 victory over Cheverus.  Maggie Symonds added two assists and Emily Kent scored the only goal in the second half of the game.
