As the days get shorter and temperatures get colder, exercising outside gets a little harder. And, with less sunlight and warmth, motivation to stay active can sometimes suffer as well. Having a club membership at Rohan Strength & Fitness not only gives you full access to the cardio equipment, Nautilus and free weights, members also have unlimited access to our group fitness classes.
We understand that everyone’s schedule is different and life’s demands make it hard to attend on a regular basis. That’s okay! We offer classes throughout the day. Are you an early bird that likes to jumpstart your system before the work day begins? We have classes such as Bootcamp, Kettlebell Power and intervals that begin at 6 a.m. Do you have some time between dropping the kids off at school and getting to work? We offer classes such as step interval, circuits and Yoga starting at 8:45 AM. And for those who like to de-stress after a long day at work, Jim’s Gym class, kickboxing and Kettlebell Power start at 5:30 p.m. And, of course, for those looking to kick their weekends off on a good start, we have Yoga and Body Weight Blasters on Saturday mornings as well. And parents, don’t fret! We offer babysitting every weekday morning from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and Monday through Thursday evenings from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Just call ahead and reserve your spot.
