Windham High School senior PJ Profenno is The Windham Eagle
athlete of the week. A basketball and football player, he plans to attend
Thomas College and major in sports management.
Kevin Millington head boys basketball coach said, “PJ does
it all and has been with us for four years. He has done any job that we have
asked him to do and takes initiative to help others and the program. It was one
the joys of my career to see PJ dress and score a basket on senior night. He
officially ended his career shooting 100 percent from the floor, not many
people can claim that. PJ is a class act and a huge asset to our school and
community.”
Profenno lives with his parents Peter and Dena.
Best way to unwind after competition: Hang out with my
friends and get a bite to eat at Pat’s.
